Shipping
Orders ship nationwide from Cebu through J&T Express. Your exact delivery fee is calculated from the destination and packed weight before checkout. Delivery takes 3–7 days to Luzon and Mindanao and 1–5 days to the Visayas after the parcel is handed to the courier, and orders are packed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Tracking is provided after the parcel is handed to the courier. See our FAQs for more.
Returns
Contact us within seven days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Because cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive, opened products cannot be returned for change of mind. Photo or video evidence may be requested.
Privacy
We collect contact, delivery, order, payment-reference, and referral information only to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and calculate commissions. We keep order records and payment screenshots only as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting and dispute handling, and we do not sell your data. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by messaging us on Instagram with your order number.
Terms of purchase
Orders are confirmed once payment is verified. Prices and availability may change without notice, and unpaid orders are released after 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier. By placing an order you confirm that your delivery and contact details are correct and you agree to these policies.
