Shipping
Orders ship nationwide from Cebu through J&T Express. Your exact delivery fee is calculated from the destination and packed weight before checkout. Tracking is provided after the parcel is handed to the courier.
Returns
Contact us within seven days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Because cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive, opened products cannot be returned for change of mind. Photo or video evidence may be requested.
Privacy
We collect contact, delivery, order, payment-reference, and referral information only to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and calculate commissions. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Alchemist Beauty.
