Affiliate Program Agreement
By applying to the Alchemist Beauty Co. Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms. Participation begins only after written or account approval.
1. Referral links and attribution
We provide each approved partner a unique link, code, or both. A qualifying purchase is attributed to the last valid affiliate link used within 30 days. A valid code entered at checkout overrides link attribution. Browser settings, blocked cookies, or device changes can prevent tracking. Alchemist system records resolve attribution conflicts.
2. Commission and qualifying orders
Your dashboard or written invitation shows your rate. Commission uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts and excludes shipping, taxes, cancellations, returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, and unauthorized reseller orders. Your order rate is saved at purchase; later rate changes apply only to future orders.
3. Confirmation and payouts
Commission remains pending until payment, successful delivery, and the return period have completed. Available balances of at least ₱500 are paid monthly by the 15th, or next business day. Smaller balances roll forward. You must provide accurate payout details and handle any taxes applicable to your earnings.
4. Honest promotion
Clearly disclose your relationship near every endorsement using wording such as “Paid partnership with Alchemist Beauty Co.,” “#Ad,” or “#AlchemistBeautyPartner.” Use honest opinions and approved product claims only. Do not make unauthorized medical, therapeutic, whitening, safety, or performance claims.
5. Prohibited activity
No spam, bots, fake accounts, cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, self-purchases, artificial orders, impersonation, unauthorized discounts, trademark search ads, unlawful content, or deceptive before-and-after results. Violations can reverse commission and end participation.
6. Brand, privacy and confidentiality
Approved brand assets receive a limited, revocable right of use for program promotion. Alchemist retains ownership. Keep customer, sales, payout, and private business information confidential. Personal information is processed for review, account administration, attribution, fraud prevention, payouts, and legal compliance under our Privacy Notice.
7. Relationship and termination
You participate as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent. Either party may end participation by notice. Alchemist may suspend accounts immediately for fraud, abuse, or breach. Valid commission confirmed before termination remains payable.
8. Updates and governing law
We may update terms or standard program settings with reasonable notice. Material changes apply prospectively. Continued participation after the effective date means acceptance. Philippine law governs this Agreement.
